About Us :

Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Are you looking to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and/or First Eucharist?

Consider joining our Sacraments class, OCIA, which stands for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults. During the fall semester, we explore the key teachings of Catholicism – you do not need to be 100% sure you want to become Catholic to join us. This is a step by step process where you can ask questions and discern if this is the right step for your faith life. In the spring we continue learning and praying together, and students receive their Sacraments at the Easter Vigil Mass.

The Sacraments class meets weekly on Monday from 7:30 – 8:30 pm at the Catholic Student Center, starting in mid-September.

To join, email Fr. Conrad at frconrad@catholicterps.org or Lisa Lytwyn at lisa@catholicterps.org to set up a meeting and register for the class.

"Going into OCIA I was a bit nervous as to how it would effect my life and my faith. Coming out of it I knew it was the best decision of my life and that it would guide how I would walk with God for the rest of my life." - Jess
